Using satellite imagery, the product shows if, and when, an area has undergone a human-induced change sometime in the last 25 years. These changes are generally new or changed construction.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has purchased an agency license.
The product is created using the Correlated Land Change proprietary process developed by MDA over the last three years.
