Packprovider Ltd is operated by a team of leading independent Chartered Surveyors with the objective supplying Home Information Packs to independent estate agents in central and eastern England. The company is already well established in the supply of HIPs even before the packs become a requirement in summer 2007. The company offers a quality service tailored to meet the needs of local agents who wish to maintain their fiercely guarded independence from the corporate sector. Having identified the Home Condition Report as the key element to the HIP, Packprovider employs its own Home Inspectors ensuring both a rapid response and a quality product. Consumer response to packs has been very positive and the company is convinced that HIPs will become rapidly accepted as an everyday part of the home buying process.
